4″ x 8″ Fixture Plate (Fits all Sherline mills)

4″ x 8″ Fixture plate designed to be used for workholding on variety of smaller machines, particularly all Sherline milling machines. The plate has 4 counter-bored mounting through holes for 10-32 bolts to bolt down to the mill table as well as 4 counterbored through holes for 1/4-20 bolts to mount to all standard aluminum fixture plates.

There are 47 holes that are tapped for 10-32 bolts, 1 inch apart center to center in the X axis and 0.5″ apart in the Y-axis.

There are also a total of 50 holes tapped for 1/4-20 bolts, same spacing as above. The 4 counter-bored holes for the 10-32 mounting bolts are also threaded for 1/4-20 bolts.

Exact dimensions of plate are 3.950” x 7.950” and thickness is .480” but may vary slightly depending on raw material dimensions and condition. Our main focus is to achieve flatness to within +\- 001”.
